Aggregate Industries NE INC AKA The Big Dig Bandits are shelling out 42 million big ones to settle civil as well as criminal charges against the company suspected of fattening up their bank accounts by selling 50000 truckloads of basically selling lower quality concrete,watering it down and selling it as fresh.
