Roy and Niger Innis: True leaders that MLK and Medgar Evers would want blacks to follow

I remember watching the Morton Downey Jr. as a young girl one episode that stuck in my mind even today was the show which featured Roy Innis and Al Sharpton I'm sure millions of Americans remembered that show. I'll never forget how hard I laughed as I watched Roy Innis knock Al Sharpton off his chair wow what a classic show it was! And speaking of Roy Innis wouldn't it be great if instead of blacks being brain-washed by Jackson, Sharpton and their thug buddies they would follow a true black leader like Mr. Innis whose son Niger is a chip off the old block and like his father knows that Jesse Jackson and CO. along with Al "Tawana Brawley" Sharpton are utilzing blacks not only to enhance their bank accounts but to get their shady politicians into office. For those of you unfamiliar with Mr. Innis here is an article about him afer reading it I'm sure you'll agree as I did long ago that he is who black communities everywhere should follow. Here is the article it's quite long but worth reading:

Father and son two great laaders

Roy Innis was born in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. He moved from the U.S. Virgin Islands to New York City with his mother in 1946 where he attended Stuyvesant High School. At age 16, Innis joined the U.S. Army and at age 18 he received an honorable discharge. He entered a four-year program in Chemistry at City College of New York. He subsequently held positions as a research chemist at Vick Chemical Company and Montefiore Hospital.

Innis joined CORE’s Harlem chapter in 1963. In 1964, he was elected Chairman of the chapter’s education committee and became a forceful advocate of community-controlled education and black empowerment. He led CORE’s fight for an independent Police Review Board to address cases of police brutality. In 1965, he was elected Chairman of Harlem CORE, after which he mounted a vigorous campaign for establishment of an independent Board of Education for Harlem. A proposition to this end was presented to the 1967 New York State Constitutional Convention.

In the spring of 1967, Innis was appointed the first resident fellow at the Metropolitan Applied Research Center (MARC), headed by Dr. Kenneth Clark. In the summer of 1967, he was elected Second National Vice-Chairman of CORE. Also, in 1967, Innis and nine other black men formed the Harlem Commonwealth Council (HCC), an investment corporation whose long-term goal was to create independence and stability in Harlem. As the first Executive Director at HCC, Innis laid the ground work for what has become a highly successful model of economic development in a black community. During that same period, he was the co-editor and founder of the Manhattan Tribune Newspaper.

Innis was elected National Director of CORE in 1968. In the same year, he drafted the Community Self - Determination Bill of 1968 and garnered bipartisan sponsorship of this bill by one-third of the Senate and over 50 congressmen. This was the first time in U.S. history that a bill drafted by a black organization was introduced into Congress.

Responding to the continuing crisis centering on school integration, Innis offered an alternative plan consisting of community control of educational institutions. As part of this effort, in October, 1970, CORE filed an amicus curiae brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in connection with Swann vs the Charlotte Mackleburg Board of Education. Seeking to enhance and build on the black pride movement of the mid-60’s, Innis and a CORE delegation toured seven African countries in 1971. He met with several Heads of State, including Kenya’s Jomo Kenyatta, Tanzania’s Julius Nyerere and Liberia’s William Tolbert. In 1973, Innis became the first American to attend the Organization of African Unity (OAU) in an official capacity. In 1973 he participated in a televised debate with Nobel Physicist William Shockley on the topic of black genetic inferiority.

In 1977, under Innis’ leadership, CORE rescued a South Bronx Catholic school that was about to be closed. Working closely with teachers and parents, he established the CORE Community School with more than 200 students.

Roy Innis’ involvement in criminal justice matters spans his entire career in CORE. Innis’ investigation in the early 80’s led to the uncovering of evidence that Wayne Williams was not solely responsible for the Atlanta Child Murders. His defense of victims’ rights to defend themselves led to his support and involvement in highly publicized cases such as: the "subway gunman," Bernhard Goetz; "subway token booth clerk", James Grimes; the "candyman good Samaritan", Andy Fredericks; the "black Bernie Goetz", Austin Weeks; and the accused "remember me subway shooter" Clemente Jackson. Roy Innis is a nationally known advocate of 2nd amendment rights.

Some of his activities include: investigating and exposing the Tawana Brawley hoax; overseeing and participating in a citizen’s anti-drug campaign, "One Street At A Time"; championing the rights of immigrants; fighting against public indecency and predatory crime in an all-out effort to clean up New York’s crime-ridden streets and subway system. Innis is currently pioneering a multifaceted on-the-job training program for welfare mothers geared to reducing the 1,100,000 welfare roll in New York City.

While colleagues (friends and foes) consider some of his ideas to be controversial, Innis bases his positions always on the sound principles of "truth, logic and courage."

Faithful to this principle, in the 1993 New Your City mayoral primary, Innis challenged incumbent David Dinkins - the first black person to hold that office. His mayoral campaign was the most cost- effective and productive in the history of NY City. He was competitive in over one half of the city’s voting districts, winning a borough and 14 assembly districts outright. The mayor outspent Innis by over 40 to 1.

Innis led teams of prominent Americans to Nigeria in 1996, ‘97 and 1998 to monitor the elections which are part of the transition process from military to civilian rule. He also filed election monitoring reports to both the U.S. Congress and President Clinton. He visited Liberia to assess events during and after the inauguration of President Charles W. Taylor. He visited Sierra Leone to assess recent conditions with ECOMOG troops.

Military angry at Democrats far exceeds Iraq war death toll

Here is a letter from yet another angry Iraq war veteran Paul Couturier who has had enough of the Democrats every word in his letter is 100% correct and I applaud and support him and all of our brave soldiers that have heard nothing but horrible remarks about them as they constantly put themselves in harms way so that we can enjoy our freedoms that these radical Islamics so hate us for. This letter is very long but well worth the read.
Angry Iraq Vet Says “Enough!”
Filed Under (Military, Iraq War) by Kit Jarrell on May-5-2007
(I received this in an email from one of my readers/listeners. Reprinted with permission.)

My name is Paul Couturier from North Attleboro, MA. I’m a proud Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom (served there with the Massachusetts Army National Guard in 2003-2004, OIF1), and I AM ANGRY!

I’m angry at anti-military Sen. Ted Kennedy for voting AGAINST the now-famous $87 billion, while hypocritically insisting he supports the troops AT THE SAME TIME! I’m angry that he wants to pull the troops out BEFORE the mission is completed! His hypocrisy makes me sick! I have no doubt that his brother President John Kennedy, a Navy hero of WWII, is turning over in his grave in anger over his younger brother’s traitorous hate speech against those currently fighting the war on terrorism!

I’m angry at anti-military Sen. John Kerry for insulting me and my brother and sister OIF vets by insinuating that we are uneducated because we “got stuck in Iraq”! I’m angry at him for also voting against the now-famous $87 billion AFTER he voted for it! I’m angry at him for insulting every Soldier who has been LEGITIMATELY awarded the Purple Heart. He wrote himself up for three Purple Hearts for a few scratches when he was in Vietnam; WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?

I’m angry at my anti-military Congressman, Jim McGovern of Massachusetts 3rd District. I had the opportunity to meet him face-to-face, one-on-one, about a month after I had returned home from Iraq in 2004. He too voted AGAINST the now-famous $87 billion, yet he had the balls to tell me TO MY FACE that he supports the troops! (Fortunately my body armor didn’t depend on that vote!) DID I MISS SOMETHING HERE?

I’m angry at the anti-military media for not reporting the whole story about what is REALLY happening in Iraq! I’m angry that they’re not reporting stories of Iraqi children getting much-needed immunizations by Army medics; of Army engineers repairing roads and other infrastructure; of Soldiers tossing out bottles of water and packaged food items from their passing Humvee’s to hungry children on the side of the road (so much for the UN’s “oil” for “food” program”); of Soldiers going into schools and orphanages to distribute various school supplies, toys, and sports equipment donated by good folks back home. Instead they choose to report the assassinations of American Soldiers to boost their ratings and sell more newspapers. They suck at objective and fair journalism, but are real good at math when it comes to the Soldier body count! (They probably don’t know what the terrorist body count is because I don’t think they can count that high!) I’m convinced that CNN has camera crews sitting out in the middle of the desert just waiting for the next IED to go off, while just down the road they could be filming Iraqi children getting their immunizations from Army medics. Not to mention the fact that there are so many acts of heroism being performed by the troops that aren’t being reported either! At least in southern Iraq, where I was stationed, the people there have welcomed us with open arms!

I’m angry at the gutless, demon-possessed, anti-military extremist cowards in our very own country who are getting a disproportionate amount of media coverage to spread their hate-filled speech (even though they are an extremely small minority). They obviously don’t have any relatives or close friends who were assassinated on 9/11 by brainwashed ragheaded terrorists, because if they did they’d be singing a different tune. They show themselves as the hypocritical cowards that they are by claiming that they support the troops, but not their mission! IMPOSSIBLE! You either support the troops AND their mission, or you don’t; the two cannot be separated! They don’t support the troops; they support their terrorist buddies! They keep on demanding that the troops come home, using the politically correct term of “redeployment”, yet they offer no solutions to end this war on terrorism. Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld said it best; quitting is NOT an exit strategy! Their brainwashed hate speech is getting my brothers and sisters assassinated because their ragheaded terrorist buddies have been emboldened by these extremists! I want the troops to come home much more than they do because wars have a tendency to kill people, especially Soldiers! Casey Sheehan must be the most embarrassed Veteran in heaven right now because of the treasonous hatred of anything military his own mother is spreading! I keep track of the more famous celebrity anti-military extremists and go out of my way to not buy their albums or go see their movies. But because I’m a Soldier, I will STILL defend their right to hate and trash me and my brothers- and sisters-in-arms! Unfortunately, they’ve never figured out that this freedom of speech thing has to be done RESPONSIBLY! Fortunately, because these anti-military cowards are a small minority, they tend to stay under the rocks that they live under and only poke their heads out for the occasional anti-military riot or to spread their hatred of all things military in letters to their local newspapers, for example. Of course all they ever do is make babbling fools of themselves but hey, if they want to use their freedom of the press to prove to the rest of us what stupid, brainwashed fools they are, that’s their right!

I’m angry at these bogus “polls” that claim that support for the troops is eroding among the American people. These bogus polls are just that; BOGUS POLLS! Nothing could be further from the truth! Where are these pollsters going to conduct their polls, Code Pink’s offices?

In the three years since I’ve been home from Iraq, I’ve discovered that the American people overwhelmingly continue to support the troops and their mission, and I’ve experienced this personally several times. I proudly wear a blue “Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran” hat wherever I go, and many times strangers have approached me, from airports to my church, to shake my hand or offer me a hug and tell me “Thank You for your service”. Last January I was dining at a local restaurant and an anonymous gentleman gave my waitress $20 towards my family’s dinner bill (he had seen my hat as we were walking in)! In February, I was on a Southwest Airlines flight on a business trip, and to thank me for my service the flight attendant offered me a glass of wine for free, on her! Also in February while on a business trip I had the opportunity to see many Soldiers in the Atlanta airport at the USO there, preparing to return to Iraq from their two weeks R&R leave. I witnessed USO volunteers give each Soldier a care package with various items in it prior to their departure. A lady from the USO was leading them to the terminal where their plane was waiting for them, and just before they entered the main atrium at the airport, she loudly announced “Ladies and Gentlemen, let’s hear it for the United States Armed Forces”. At that point everyone rose and began applauding the troops as they were walking by, just like in the famous Anheuser-Busch TV commercial that’s made it way around the Internet a few million times! (As a side note, CNN’s headquarters are located in Atlanta; take THAT for what it’s worth!)

Occasionally, I’ll write a Letter to the Editor or submit to an interview with reporters from the local news media. The editor of my weekly town newspaper is a troop supporter! Two reporters from the local daily paper, while I can’t pin down their specific feelings and opinions about the war, have been gracious and fair to me whenever they’ve interviewed and questioned me for stories they’ve done; I know they at least value my opinion regarding the war on terrorism as someone who’s actually participated in it as a Soldier. Last year after one letter I wrote, I was viciously attacked the following week by a local anti-military extremist; one of those people who claims to have great admiration for the troops, but doesn’t support their mission. He even managed to insult everyone who displays a yellow ribbon magnet on their cars, denigrating it as a symbol of support for the troops. Yeah right, and I suppose Old Glory is JUST a piece of cloth too! This fools letter attacking me caused one of my neighbors to ask “what was this guy thinking?”

I’ll talk to any fair reporter who’s willing to listen to me so I can continue to tell the American people that there ARE good things happening in Iraq. This whole Democracy thing is still a foreign concept to the Iraqi people, but it’s better than what they had! Even the young United States struggled early in its history with this concept of government of the people, by the people, for the people, as outlined in our Constitution. There are lots of cultural obstacles the Iraqi people have to overcome, but as long as they’re committed to making their new government work, we should help them out. When you see over 70% of eligible people going to vote at the risk of getting shot at or blown up by a roadside bomb, you KNOW the commitment is there!

I’m fortunate to live in a very patriotic and military-friendly community that honors and reveres Soldiers and Veterans (yes, patriotic communities DO exist in liberal Massachusetts!), and the Veterans in my town have an open invitation to march in our annual Memorial Day parade. Every year I dig out my desert camouflage uniform out of the closet for this annual event and proudly march down my town’s downtown street with my brother and sister Veterans from previous wars. I participate every year to show the people of my community that the war on terrorism has a face, and that young (and not-so-young) men and women from our community are participating in this war. Many of us serving are in the National Guard and Reserve components; as a result, their neighbors, classmates, coworkers, and even members of their churches have also participated in this war, putting our lives on hold and leaving our families and our jobs while we keep the nation safe from terrorism.

I’ve also noticed since I’ve been home that the biggest supporters of the troops in this war on terrorism appear to be Vietnam Veterans! You guys are great! You guys more than anyone else have every right to continue to be bitter and angry at the treatment you received upon your return home! Instead, so many of you have chosen to put aside your bitterness and anger to ensure that my generation of veterans doesn’t experience the treatment that your generation of veterans experienced, and for that I am grateful! I was a guest on Kit’s radio blog in April, and a caller who identified himself as a Vietnam Vet and the father of a Soldier currently in Iraq said it best; “you guys are our mission now.” I was just SO humbled upon hearing that, and he meant it!

To all Veterans of previous wars; Thank You for welcoming my generation of Veterans into your fold with open arms!

Once in a blue moon I’ll encounter an anti-military extremist with the guts to take me on. Of course they can NEVER win against me; after all, I’ve actually BEEN to Iraq, and chances are that these traitors have never even served in the military! Once they figure out that they can’t win against me, they usually give up by babbling something stupid like “well, you’re brainwashed”, or “well, we’ll just have to agree to disagree” (to which I respond “no, we’ll just have to agree that I’m right, and you’re wrong!). At that point, I KNOW I’ve defeated them, and eventually they just drift away knowing inside that they’ve been defeated, but will NEVER admit it!

Having served in Iraq myself, I’m extremely proud of the men and women currently serving in the war on terrorism, and they deserve the unconditional love and support of the American people. As long as the troops know that they have the love and support of the American people, they will continue to make us proud. At least two Soldiers from my town are currently serving in Iraq, and I look forward to welcoming them home someday and marching side by side with them in a future Memorial Day parade as fellow Veterans. As for me, I continue to proudly serve in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. I occasionally get asked if I might have to go back to Iraq myself. My answer to that question is this; I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I’m involuntarily ordered to deploy to Iraq again I would go for five reasons; my future stepdaughter Allison (14 yrs old), my nephew Adam (4 yrs old), my niece Jillian (2 yrs old), my nephew Camden (12 yrs old), and an unborn niece or nephew due to be born in June to my brother and sister-in-law. I don’t ever want them and their generation to deal with brainwashed, ragheaded terrorists like the ones that assassinated thousands of innocent people on 9/11! I want them to live in a world free from terrorism. I’d rather fight the terrorists over there NOW, than over here later on!

By the way, have you noticed that since President Bush decided to take the fight to the terrorists, our nation has not been attacked?

I’m extremely encouraged by grass-roots organizations like the Gathering of Eagles and so many others like them. What the Gathering of Eagles did on March 17th was just incredible, and I’m sure it was a huge morale booster for the troops overseas as well. The Wall and other monuments honoring our war dead are worth defending from brainwashed vandals. I’ve been to The Wall in the past, and felt the presence of those on the other side of it. I’ve seen Veterans weeping at the sight of the names of their buddies etched into that black granite. It IS a sacred place. These gutless anti-military extremist cowards are just that; COWARDS! They eventually retreat whenever REAL Americans stand up to them. The troops currently engaged in the war on terrorism are counting on us. They have a mission to carry out and concentrate on; we Veterans and other REAL Americans need to deal with these anti-military fools back here at home for their sake; that’s OUR mission!

I look forward to reading your comments here. You can also email comments to me as well at paulcouturier1ea@aol.com.

May God abundantly bless my brothers and sisters in arms fighting the war on terrorism and their mission, and may God Bless the United States of America, Land of the Free and Home of the Brave!

Why Democrats are losers

Iraq War Surrender Bill: 2 senators that voted for it

Outrageous the Liberal media would never bury the relation and party afiliation of Harrold Ford Jr. and indicted Uncle John Ford how unthinkable!

John Ford the uncle of Harrold Ford Jr. was indicted on bribery charges Friday April 28th and as always the usual suspected liberal newspapers and media outlets rather than report the truth decided to bury the fact that John Ford was a Democrat and was the uncle of then Tennessee senate candidate Harrold Ford Jr.Of course this is nothing new for the MSM that attacks the GOP,their familiy, and friends because in their eyes it's alright to splash the Republickan's party afiliation everywhere anywhere. Another adult stem cell success story that the liberal media refuses to touch

More Good Stem Cell News That Old Media Has No Use For (You Know Why)
Posted by Tom Blumer on April 27, 2007 - 19:17.
It becomes more evident as time goes by that if a stem-cell development isn't based on embryonic research, it probably won't get the attention of the Formerly Mainstream Media.
The announcement early last week by Cellerant Therapeutics appears to involve a company more interested in advancing human health than in generating unsupported hype. Because it represents real progress, Cellerant's announcement (of course) involves adult stem cells (link to dictionary definition of "hematopoietic" added by me):
April 23, 2007 10:13 AM Eastern Daylight TimeCellerant Therapeutics Reversed Autoimmune Disease in Lupus Mice with Transplant of Purified Donor Blood Stem Cells
SAN CARLOS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cellerant Therapeutics today announced the publication of data suggesting that established autoimmune disease can be reversed or stabilized by the transplantation of purified allogeneic (donated) hematopoietic (blood forming) stem cells (HSC) in a mouse study of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). Subjects that underwent this procedure exhibited improved overall survival and decreased lupus symptoms. The research, led by Dr. Julie Christensen with colleagues from Cellerant and Stanford University, was published on April 13, 2007 as a First Edition Paper in the online version of the American Society of Hematology’s journal, BLOOD (Smith-Berdan et. al., DOI 10.1182/BLOOD-2007-03-081497).
“The demonstration of successful reversal of the disease using purified stem cells with non-myeloablative conditioning offers a novel strategy to treat autoimmune diseases such as lupus with decreased morbidity,” said Ramkumar Mandalam, Ph.D., Vice President of Pharmaceutical Operations. “This study also provides further support for our belief that purified stem cells may make it possible to use un-matched donors, such as a parent or non-identical sibling, for a variety of HSC treatment procedures.”
“The publication of this preclinical data further validate Cellerant’s unique use of pure hematopoietic stem cells for a wide range of therapeutic applications, including lupus and other autoimmune disorders, as well as for cancer and blood disorders,” commented Bruce Cohen, Cellerant’s President and CEO. “This finding is consistent with recent reports on successful use of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and merits evaluation of pure stem cells in treating such diseases.”
Cellerant researchers worked with specialized mice that are prone to an autoimmune condition that closely resembles human SLE. The study evaluated both non-ablative conditioning, which leaves the subject’s immune system intact, and fully myeloablative conditioning, which eradicates the subject’s immune system, prior to purified HSC treatment. Traditionally, full, and potentially lethal, myeloablative treatment was considered critical for engraftment success. The researchers found that non-ablative conditioning prior to HSC treatment was not only sufficient to ensure engraftment, but the procedure resulted in improved overall survival. The recipient subjects developed durable mixed chimerism, where the resulting immune system was a mixture of donor and recipient cells. Subjects with established autoimmune disease experienced a reversal of symptoms, including decreased appearance of proteinuria, of circulating immune complexes and of auto-antibodies to nuclear antigens.
The donors and recipients in this study were haplo-mismatched, yet successful engraftment was achieved and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) was avoided. These results suggest that using a HCT treatment that has been purified of all or most host T cells and NK cells may eliminate the need for complete donor/patient stem cell matching. T-cells were not found to be necessary for engraftment in the procedures performed.
About HSC
Cellerant's highly purified hematopoietic (blood-forming) adult stem cells are isolated from donors or patients undergoing stem cell transplants. This process is designed to provide an improved outcome when used for stem cell transplant indications where a high level of purity is desired or required. After purification, this material contains only stem and progenitor cells, with no detectable contaminating cells such as tumor cells or the T-cells which cause graft-versus-host disease in donor-to-patient transplants. Cellerant is developing hematopoietic stem cells for cancer, genetic blood disorders and autoimmune disease.
In August of last year, Advanced Cell Technology's alleged embryonic stem-cell research breakthrough (that wasn't one) that supposedly "did not harm embryos" received blanket Old Media coverage. Yet, despite real news to report, Old Media is paying no attention to Cellerant's announcement. A few different placements of Cellerant's press release from five days ago will be the only things you'll see in a Google News search.
All of this could be viewed as just a PR war, but for one thing: Companies that get favorable press coverage will tend to be more successful in obtaining funding to continue their efforts. Advanced Cell, for example, was able to get over $13.5 million in additional private financing that was directly related to its "breakthrough" announcement. Post-hype objections usually don't achieve the visibility of the original hype. Though the complaints about Advanced Cell's claims got wider coverage than usual, that coverage was dwarfed by the saturation reporting on the company's original announcement.
Since Cellerant is a private, venture-backed company, it's not possible to quickly determine what kind of financial shape the company is in. But in general, to the extent that companies like Cellerant don't get the funding that they need to continue their progress at the rate they would like because overhyped, no-results-to-date embryonic research companies and organizations are getting the attention and the capital, progress in fighting disease and advancing human health may be held back.
An exaggeration? Jennifer Clark of the Center for Arizona Policy summed up the current status of stem cell research very succinctly for Life News two weeks ago:
We know this much about embryonic stem cell research — besides the ethical concerns, not one human has received a successful treatment with them. People are being cured and treated every day with adult stem cells. It seems pretty obvious where the funding should go.
But it largely ISN'T where the funding, especially the public funding, is going.
Five or ten years from now, will we be asking ourselves how many lives that could have been saved or improved by adult and other non-embryonic stem cell research efforts were instead sacrificed because of money diverted to the black hole of embryonic stem cell research?

Bush's Haliburton meetings shouldn't be secretive+Howard Dean calling for media to be banned from Dem prez hopefuls meetings(secretive) =Hypocrisy

Democrats were heard screaming all over the globe that President Bush and Vice-President Cheney shouldn't have behind closed door or as they called it"secretive" meetings with Haliburton. A company that is currently helping in the re-building of Iraq or as Democrats see it the company that's helping Bush,Cheney and their cronies profit off the war. As I sit and listen as these cowardly defeatists demonize Haliburton on a daily basis I clearly remember how they demanded that the president make the meetings open to the public, media etc... Oh and speaking of war profiteering and being secretive notice how quiet the left and their sock puppet media have been since one of their precious members Diane Fienstein was caught red-handed(thanks to conservative bloggers) and as a result had to give up her cushie seat on the MILCOM committee because ehem one of her hubby's companies like Haliburton and the many other companies are helping in the re-building of Iraq as well.Anyway with the president 2008 candidates making their rounds(telling the voters what they stand for on each issue(Republican) dare I or anyone ask the Democrats where they stand on issues? Well according to DNC Chairman Howard Scream Mengele Democratic presidential candidates would be "frankly" about the issues with voters during meetings if the media was banned. OK Howie so it's alright for your party members who are running for the White House to hold secretive behind closed door discussions on issues that will have an effect on us,our family, friends and neighbors yet it's not ok for our president and vice-president and Haliburton to do the same thing that is perfectly legal. How about this Mr. Chairman your candidates want and need our votes to become our president in order for them to do so they must discuss all issues with the media and we the Americans who are taking in their every word and watching all their actions. And as anti-media as I am it's very sad when the DNC chairman blames the media as to why his candidates aren't honest er "frank" with us on the issues. To date there hasn't been a single Democratic presidential candidate, representative, senator, talking head or any member of the DNC that has 1. Yet to present their plans to America 2.Can't answer a simple yes or no question or any question for that matter without bring in President Bush and blaming him for what's happened EX:Even after President Bush told Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco a Democrat to call for a state of emergency during Katrina she refused to do so but yet it was Bush's fault that all the kaos caused by inept Louisiana politicians ie Ray(Chocolate City) Nagin, John Braux, Mary Landrieu etc..
3.Will never admit when they are in the wrong from lieing to committing a crime
4.Never step down from office when caught with the goods or at the very lest EX:"Dollar" Bill Jefferson Louisiana rep was caught with 90 grand stuffed in his freezer and has yet to spend any time in prison.5.Will bring up Watergate and Iran Contra Papers(Nixon and Reagan) and accuse them of being the biggest crooks that caused alot of America's political problems but then forgets er ignores the fact that Jimmy Carter sat on his hands as Iran held Americans hostages for 444 days. They also ignore Sandy Burglar who was caught stuffing 9-11 documents in his socks and jacket committed a crime that should've landed him in Leavenworth but instead plea bargained and only got community service out of it.Keep in mind President Nixon resigned only because he lied to protect peoples jobs it wasn't as if America getting blown up was at stake.6.Will refer to stories from reporters and newspapers that have been proven to constantly lie in their reporting as being a "reliable source" knowing they aren't.7.On a minute by minute basis site poll after poll on the president's approval rating from news outlets and organizations that were proven over and over to be liars.8.Will always bring up cost of Iraq war but don't mind taxpayers footing the bills of their worthless politicians office re-decorating.9.Will never say anything positive about President Bush yet say "We don't hate him just his policies!" again knowing that they truly loathe Bush in everything he does from walking to sitting.10.Refuse to admit that the media from cable news, local news, newspapers and magazines are solidly in their corner and will never expose them or their cronies yet will splash a story(ies) all over the front page or will make it their top news story. And even if it's a meaningless story like Valerie Plame and Joe Wilson that were proved to be liars over and over again. This is just a partial list of today's Democrats and what they are really about.

Scroogeacrats everywhere scream about war costs but don't mind if taxpayers foot their redecorating bill

Pay hike'skey sponsor redecorates House office
Sunday, April 22, 2007By BOB LOWRY Times Staff Writer bob.lowry@htimes.com
Newton, Black spend about $19,500 of taxpayer money

MONTGOMERY - The lawmaker who sponsored the Alabama Legislature's 62 percent pay raise and a colleague have since March 2 spent more than $19,500 in taxpayer money to redecorate their state House offices with items such as a $455 French urn lamp and a $463 pencil pedestal table.

Rep. Demetrius Newton, D-Birmingham, House speaker pro tem, purchased 82 items for his office, according to records in the House Accounting Office.

The invoices were dated March 3, March 21 and April 2. A third invoice, not yet recorded, was for a wall-mounted 20-inch plasma LCD television set purchased for $278.

The payments were made to B. Barganier Interior Accents in Montgomery.

Some of the more expensive items for Newton's office included six chairs, four of them leather, totaling $2,782; artwork totaling $2,165; three mirrors for $759; a settee for $495; a Manhattan table for $480; and a nickel-plated table for $373.

Other items include a plant with iron urn, $198; oval planter, $198; wood box, $173; porcelain jar, $173; tulip bowl, $123; glass and brass box, $123; a box, $90; magazine holder, $81; tissue box holder, $67; standing Buddha, $33; and two porcelain dog figures, $40.

Newton, who sponsored the March 8 resolution to raise lawmakers' pay to $49,500 a year, said he decided to "do a little redecorating" because his office "was the pits and we have a lot of visitors coming in here."

An attorney for the City of Birmingham, Newton became the first black elected speaker pro tem in 1998. At that time, he became the first speaker pro tem to be assigned a state car and a driver.

The Senate president pro tem, Sen. Hinton Mitchem, D-Union Grove, also has a state car and driver.

Newton said he didn't know the cost of the redecoration of his 360-square-foot office, but he began thinking about redoing his office after Rep. Marcel Black, D-Tuscumbia, began redecorating his office across the hall.

"My secretary asked me if she could try to do something here, and I told her, 'Yes,' and she did the decorating," Newton said. "I wouldn't know what anything cost. I have no idea, but we have to stay within our little budget and that was done. I don't know where the $11,000 figure came from - I doubt it (the amount) very seriously."

The work on Black's office was done by Lisa Franklin, an interior designer for B. Barganier

When Franklin married a short time later and became Lisa Peavey, she worked on Newton's office. At that time she also became the daughter-in-law of House deputy clerk Joy Murphy and Senate public relations director Mike Murphy.

Newton, who has been a House member since 1986, said he didn't know how much money is in his office budget.

"The clerk approves things we need from time to time, and he tells us what we can do and what we can't do," he said. "I'm not in the budgeting process and I don't ever really know what the budgeting process is for us."

Newton said if his office needs something, he simply checks with House Clerk Greg Pappas.

Pappas said Newton and Black, as chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, have annual budgets between $25,000 to $30,000.

Other committees with similar funding, which is lumped under the clerk's office, include the Education Appropriations Committee, Government Appropriations Committee and Rules Committee.

The chairmen of those committees, Reps. Richard Lindsey, D-Centre; Rep. John Knight, D-Montgomery; and Rep. Ken Guin, D-Carbon Hill; have not made those type of expenditures, according to the House Budget Office.

"They can't buy coffee or food with it, but they can buy office supplies and furniture," said Pappas.

As to how they spend it, Pappas said, "It's not my call. All I am is the paying authority. I sign the paperwork."

House Speaker Seth Hammett did not return calls from The Times to his office and home in Andalusia seeking comment. Black spent $7,707.25 on 44 items to redecorate his office.

The major expenditures for Black's office included $2,227 for artwork, $463 for a pencil pedestal table, $900 for two armchairs, $608 for two lamps, $463 for a cart wheel, $173 for a tea caddy, $120 for two terra cotta urns and $98 for bookends.

Black, an attorney, said it was the first money he had spent to redecorate his office in the 16 years he has been in the Legislature. Previously, he said, his only purchases were for a copy machine and a fax machine.

"I don't think it (the amount) is unheard of," he said. "I updated it to make it look nice for people."

Black said his secretary worked with the interior designer to refurbish his 312-square-foot office.

"I'd been procrastinating and then I decided some time around the first of the year to go ahead and do it," he said.

Rep. Mike Hubbard, R-Auburn, the chairman of the Alabama Republican Party and the House minority leader, said he was "shocked" at the expenditures. I don't think the taxpayers are going to look too kindly on it," he said. "It doesn't give the taxpayers much confidence that the Legislature is spending its money wisely."

Hubbard said all of the furnishings in his office are simple desks and chairs provided by the state for all lawmakers.

"I'm just shocked that taxpayer dollars are used for Jess Brown, a political science professor at Athens State University, said the amount of the expenditures "may not be a big deal," but the public could view it differently because of the pay raise.

"The timing on this is just horrible from the standpoint of the Legislature," he said. "It couldn't be worse timing."

Because of their leadership positions in the House, Brown said, Newton and Black are entitled to "a reasonable, nice and functional office."

But he said many taxpayers will wonder whether the two lawmakers used good judgment in purchasing some of the "very pricey items."

"The voter disgust will be at a very high level. I see voter rage," he said. "This is not a Democratic thing or a Republican thing. This is across the board. It's tough to look at that list and conclude that that's beyond the pale of how public money should be expended."

Brown, a one-time lobbyist for the City of Huntsville and the University of Alabama in Huntsville, said the expenditures by Newton's office average out to roughly $33 per square foot.

"I doubt the typical Alabamian would spend $33,000 to put urns and artwork in half of a 2,000-square-foot house," he said. "Maybe a millionaire would."

More proof the that the liberal either refuses to report or skews poll results to help Democrats

Of course this is nothing new here's the story:

Swann's way

Former Pittsburgh Steelers great Lynn Swann gained only 40 percent of the vote when he ran for governor of Pennsylvania last year. However in the Pennsylvania's fourth congressional district, located in the Pittsburgh area, he outpolled his Democratic opponent with a 52 percent share. Meanwhile, the incumbent Republican representative in that district, Melissa Hart, went down to defeat. Democrat Jason Altmire won with 52 percent of the vote. Altmire also has football credentials -- he was a member of the Florida State team.

Salena Zito in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that Swann is considering running for the Fourth District seat. Former Representative Hart says she may try to win the seat back, so if Swann enters the race the two may face off.

Larry Sabato says a Swann-Altmire race would be very competitive. He notes that Swann "has high name ID and the ability to raise a good deal of money." Swann's strong showing in the district last year, in a campaign where he spent little money in the Pittsburgh market, suggests that Sabato is correct.

Another liberal who sees the light

Tish Derkin has a great report that she wrote on Iraq and get this she's a card carrying anti-war liberal but unlike the rest of the Bush-hating media liberal reporters she sees the full picture of why we went into Iraq it's a great piece!
Tish Durkin on Iraq:
Whatever you think of the rest of this post, please do not write in to impress upon me the horrors that have descended upon innocent Iraqis since the American-led invasion. I really feel that I know.

I know other things too, though. Maybe it's just the contrarian in me, but it is these other things that I feel the need to stress, especially to those who are now reveling in their rightness about the war. Those who opposed the war seem to feel that they are the perfect opposite of those who sold the war - and of course, in the important sense of the invade-or-not-to-invade question, they are. But in their collective allergy to any fact that may complicate their position; their proud blindness to the color gray, and their fervent faith in their own infallibility, the two sides have always struck me as very much the same.

Don't get me wrong. If I felt that this post were going to be read by a bunch of war apologists, I would take them angrily to task for the manifest, manifold failures in Iraq, and the criminally self-indulgent fictions on which those failures were based. But since this post is presumably being read mostly by war critics, I will devote it to challenging anti-war activists on their apparent belief that everything they say about Iraq is, always has been, and ever shall be true.

It is not, for instance, true that it was the American-led invasion that opened season on the slaughter of innocent Iraqi civilians. Whatever else the Bush administration made up about Iraq, the rank murderousness of Saddam Hussein was not one of them. Amid the gunfire and giddiness of Baghdad right after its fall in April 2003, it was common to find people converging onto bits of infrastructure, manically fueled by the rumor mill: someone had said that there was a torture chamber underneath this stretch of highway; a secret prison built into this wall. People had no time to be interviewed; if they talked at all, they'd keep going as they panted: "My husband/brother/son disappeared twenty odd years ago; he could still be alive; I have to get him out." I remember going to a mass grave; a "minor" one, not far from Hilla. People were digging there, too: for bones, which were piled everywhere, a sickening canine bonanza. Close by there still lived a man who had seen what had happened there in the days after the war with Kuwait, but kept his mouth shut for years: busloads of innocent Shi'ites, screaming 'God is Great' at the top of their lungs, had been unloaded, rung around pre-dug graves, and shot.

David Gregory deserves applause

Ok so David Gregory is another liberal news twit that tries to fit 5 questions into one at White House press conferrences and yes he can't stand President Bush and his administration but this time the devil deserves his due.During all this time concerning the racist remarks made by Don Imus nobody and I mean nobody has had the guts to question Al Sharpton about Tawana Brawley until now. This is where I give kudos to Mr. Gregory. Here we have Imus a white male who made inexusable racist meamarks apologizing all over God's creation however, the main ones who are making the most political noise about it is none other than Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton who in the past have made racist remarks that were far worse. I believe the word(s) Jesse Jackson used while in NYC was Himieytown a word he used while talking about Jews and what he referred to NYC as and he's since than apologized which is surprising since he very rarely does it if any at all. Then we have Al Sharpton in Tawanagate. For those of you who aren't familiar with that story here is a link:

Moronic liberals and their media suffer from BDS(Bush Derrangement Syndrome) so bad they see Sleestacks

This video which I just viewed is in my view the best I've seen yet.In it pro-war Americans question freshly new Congressman Paul Hodes of New Hampshire who was part of the 218 congressional members that helped get Pelosi's "Cut and Run"(US soldier withdrawl from Iraq) bill. A very unconstitutional bill that now looks like it will have send the message to the terrosts that until they give up we the United States will fight alongside the Iraqis until they do.
Video:
As the liberals and their sockpuppet media make political hay out of this photo of Karl Rove that was purposely doctored-up to solidify even more that the unhinged left are truly naive and loathe President Bush and anyone connected to him with a passion. And it's to a point that they refuse to have any good news about Iraq, economy etc.. Anything that this president does positive they will find reason to downplay it. The above photo is the legit photo and the other is the doctored -up photo that the fanatic left got their Fruit of the Looms in a wad over. Have a good laugh I know I did and I'm sure our president and Karl Rove did.

The freeloading anti-war crowd should ante up the $500,000 and not the taxpayers of Port Tacoma or US Military

Democrats ejoy bringing up the war cost but keep a tight lid on the amount of money their precious anti-war supporters are costs their state every time they put together one of their anti-war jerkfests. In this article you'll read that the anti-war/President Bush hating crowd cost Tacoma $500,000 and who else does the state intend to make pay for it? The US military,Port of Tacoma and lastly the taxpayers. That's right rather than charge the very culprits they cowar and get it from other sources. Here's the link to the story:

Another reason to reject liberalism:Nipper RCA's 100 year logo dog gets dumped and replaced by plasictine dog Gromit

I have never watched a Wallace and Gromit show so I'm not going to go down the road of criticising the show whose plasictine dog Gromit thanks to the liberally correct crowd has replaced Nipper RCA'S famous 100 year old logo dog.First they killed Captian America now they're way beyond having bats in their bellfrey by this tototally moronic move. And the only reason they give is "to attract youger customers."Apparently the decision makers at RCA like many other companies who changed to "attract younger customers" 1.Don't give a hoot about their everyday clientel including their"younger customers" 2. Believe that RCA faithfuls and fans of Nipper the dog just fell off the turnip truck and would never come to the conclusion that the liberally correct police were somehow connected to this half-baked idea. For more details on the matter read this story:

Clinton Kool Aid drinkers all the same no matter which US state they live in

Here is an editorial letter from a typical President Bush hater/ Clinton Kool Aid drinker I found in The Huntsville Times newspaper in the state of Alabama I read many of these type of letters from this newspaper but this one I decided to post just to show even more that Democrats such as these are evil, lie to ram their agenda into our faces, dictate by saying it's either their way or the highway and blame everything bad in their lives on President Bush and Republicans so here it is:
Wasted breath on Bush
I wonder how Republican spin doctors will twist this one: The House passed a war spending bill, with the addition of setting withdrawal dates from Iraq.
This is something, that according to polls, the majority of Americans want, and President Bush has promised to veto the bill. Regardless of what the Fox News crowd will say, that is cutting off funds for our troops in Iraq.
If Bush vetoes the bill, he will be telling our troops, not only does he not care when they come home, but he does not care if they have funds for equipment, food, ammunition and armor, and he will once again tell the American people that he does not care what the people of this nation want.
Spinsters will say a Democratic House passed the bill, because "Democrats do not want us to win in Iraq." Our military won the war in Iraq within weeks of being there. Lives, American values, America's standing in the international community and money have been what we lost thanks to Bush's ego and inability to do his job.
You can call him president. I will not; he does not deserve the wasted breath.

So Senator Feinstien's resignation doesn't mean she's guilty! A play by play which will be what we'll here from the Clintonites if this story gets any mention from the liberal media who labeled Dick Cheney a war profiteer when Haliburton got a no-bid contract to help re-build Iraq of course this is always the attitude of the Clinton media when it's a Republican(s) that are involved. Anyway here is the link to the story of Senator Feinstien and her hubby along with his company getting probed for possible war profiteering :

Bet the farm that the Liberal media ignores or reports very little on the U.S Census's flubbed-up figures on uninsured Americans

For the past years I've been saying that the numbers on uninsured Americans was are greatly inflated or as the U.S Census is saying in this latest report:http://newsmax.com/archives/ic/2007/3/23/111756.shtml?s=ic"overstated" just another one of those fancy smancy Bureaucratic cover-up words to use in place of the real reason which is " We made an error in our tally of uninsured Americans that we've been reporting for the last decade."In this report you'll read about a revised total of 44.8 million as opposed to the 46.6 million(the wrong figures) that's been reported. And even though we now have an updated total how do we know that these tallies aren't wrong? The fact is we don't and will never know just exactly how many uninsured Americans there but magically the liberal media will have the exact numbers and present them to be true. However with this latest story I would wager my paychecks for the next two years that the media that constantly froths because they think they have the goods on President Bush will either ignore this story or do very little reporting on it and when they do expect them to spin it towards the advantage of the Democratic party.

Two Sudanese women sentenced to death by stoning for adultery yet Rosie and Mavis Leno run and hide

Two Sudanese women were sentenced to death by stoning because they were found guilty of adultery. When an American woman is found guilty of adultry thankfully the end result most of the time is either forgiveness or divorce rather than pysical abuse or murder. When I read this story:http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegraph/story/0,22049,21420283-5001021,00.html I wondered if Rosie O' Donnell who spewed that she felt bad for Khalid ShiekhMohammed AKA KSM and believed that he had no 9-11 involvement. She then attacked her Conservative co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck for calling Khalid Sheikh Mohammed a terrorist claiming it robs him of his humanity. Of course this is just your typical liberals showing just how much they support their terrorist friends and how bad they loathe America the country that gives them the freedom to say anything at any given time they please mind you insulting is the only these wogs do best because to ask questions like"Rosie how do you feel about those 2 Sudanese women about to be stoned to death because they committed adultry?" But then again asking questions to Rosie that requires a direct honest answers is like trying to get Dan Rather to admit that the Kinko copied President Bush National Guard documents that he thought the American people would buy into are fake. Instead she's worried about the well being of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed a terrorist, and could care less if these two women die.And I wonder just how Mavis Leno wife of Tonight Show's Jay Leno who was advocating for getting Afghan women freed and now that they're free what about these 2 women and why haven't we seen Mavis on TV concerning the Iraqi women and how she now feels that Saddam Hussein, his henchmen and even more blood thirstier sons Uday and Qusay have been exterminated for good. Don't get me wrong I think Mavis's heart is in the right place however, she has yet to say how she feels about the Iraqi women that are now free.My guess is that like her husband Jay she's a liberal and even though both will never admit it you just know they are. I remember the days when Jay Leno constantly threw his mean-spirited remarks at Linda Tripp and now he's doing it with President Bush and what's worse while we're at war. That type of behavior is not only supports terrorism, it's unpatriotic and de-moralizes our troops the very ones responsible for Mr. Leno's freedoms.

Is IHOP(International House of Pancakes) kow towing to the America haters?

My friend/co-worker Marianne Patino and I took my dog Barbie a Peekapoo to get groomed at Pets Mart since it was going to be awhile before she was done, we decided to eat breakfast at tge IHOP(International House of Pancakes) restaurant which wasn't far from the groomer.Behind their register, hung on a wall was a lighted American flag made from Christmas tree lights Marianne had enquired to a staff member(s) a couple of times if she could order one for purchase but got no response from the staffer or whoever it was that made them. Before we checked out Marianne said that when we entered the restaurant she noticed that the American flag made from Christmas lights that was hanging up behind the register was missing. The first thing that entered my mind, you guessed it politics played a role in it. I plan to write the company and ask for what reason did they take it down. I hope I'm wrong but when I get a gut feeling about something(s) that I don't want to be true it usually is true. After I get a response from IHOP I will post it rest assured until God bless and have a great day.

Another tragic drunk driving death meanwhile anti-tobacco groups continue to ignore alchohol dangers and carry on with their war on cigarettes

No way am I condoning smoking but as a former smoker I stand with them because there is a movement in this country to do away with tobacco totally from criminalizing it to getting tobacco companies and any business that sells tobacco products to close. These anti-tobacco groups better known as Democrats along with frivilous lawsuit fiends attorneys and their client(s) that are suing for the sole purpose of staying out of work(looking for a free ride) and a nice hefty bank account made possible by the blood of smokers, tobacco companies and establishments. The strikes against smokers are attrocious California no shocker may pass law that restricts smokers to their cars. The hypocritcal part of all this is the people advocating for these reject laws that clearly are a part of dictorial agenda are the very same ones that want marijuana de-criminalized. You know if these anti-smoking groups, their memebers and lawmakers took all the energy they're using to pass strict laws that are for the good of their state starting with child molestors, rapists, murderers, habitual law breakers, drunk drivers and illegal aliens along with fighting terrorism they just might earn the respect of the American people. And speaking of drunk driving it's baffling how alchohol that's caused more deaths per year than U.S. soldiers getting killed in Iraq mind you those numbers are fudged by the left and their friends in the media. Which brings us to the subject of the nincompoop left, their sympothisers on the right, knee jerk politicians and organizations as well as their talking bobbleheads either refusing to rail against alchohol or by just barely talking about strict laws against it. As long as I can rememeber cigarettes and not alchohol is the only bad habit coming under fire. Don't get me wrong I'm in no way suggesting for people to and start sueing alchohol companies. What I am saying is that I would like it very much to hear Democrats, their groups, politcians and talking heads that are clearly the culprits behind these ridicculous anti-smoking laws to at least admit that drunk drivers are extremely dangerous not only to other drivers but to themselves as well. Here is a story from The Huntsville Times about a young girl who was killed back in 2003 by an 18 year old drunk driver the sentence that this judge passed down as punnishment will infuriate you as it did me here is the link to the story: http://www.al.com/news/huntsvilletimes/index.ssf?/base/news/117377753458010.xml&coll=1#continue

As if their refusal to allow the Salvation Army to do their annual Christmas bell-ringing donation stands in front of their stores now they're allowing their Muslim cashiers to refuse scanning any pork product(s) that their customers put up on their conveyer belts. Link to the story: http://www.debbieschlussel.com/archives/2007/03/dont_bring_home.html It's no secret that Mideasterners despise pork any form of it,they won't eat it or even touch it which brings me to the question: Why would anyone who won't eat or touch any forms of pork get a job as a cashier knowing that many of their customers will have pork products in their carts waiting to be scanned and paid for and why would Target hire these people knowing this?

As if we didn't see this coming:Chuckydoll Schumer blames President Bush for Walter Reed fiasco ignores real culprit: bureaucratic incompetence

Alright so how many of you already predicted before hand that Chuckydoll Schumer and the Democratic party were going to pull the "it's all Bush's fault" card concerning the Walter Reed fiasco? My guess is all of you did and why was it so easy to come to that conclusion? Simple Democrats are easy to predict in everything they say and do. During his phone conversation with Don Imus clearly not a President Bush supporter and whose show I don't watch never will deserves kudos for not only sticking up for our Commander in Chief but for not allowing Senator Schumer to give his Democratic party a free pass. A woman called into Sean Hannity's show the other day and said that when she worked at Walter Reed back in the 1990s the situation was the same. But don't tell the the party who after they got their power back promised to "drain the swamp!" doesn't matter to them in their pea-brains it's the fault of Bush and his administration. Anyway Don Imus deserves kudos and here is the video

Just a reminder:Democrats saying Saddam had WMDs

As the "Bush lied about Saddam's WMDs" crowd continues on with their mission of ways to destroy and embarrass the president and our country. And how quick they try to deter the minds of the American people away from the fact that many of their politicians said the same thing(s) and yet they still stand directly behind them especially their hero Bill Clinton who had the gall to tell Chris Wallace "Get that smirk off your face!" and admitted what's been known for years when he said "I failed to get Bin Laden" because he did. Here are some classic videos of Democrats who said Saddam had WMDs yet are now calling President Bush a liar:

A little reminder to the Democrats Plame wasn't covert

The Scooter Libby verdict was 4 counts of pergury but the main one that Democrats wanted to stick was outting a covert CIA agent and it didn't why? Because Valerie Plame was never covert here is the link to the story Note: Victoria Toensing who was chief councel for the chariman of the Senate Select Committee of Intelligence at the time is the person talking in this interview.
http://worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=45266
Here is the portion of the article that backs up Republicans charge that Plame wasn't covert when her name and occupation were revealed. Toensin, now a private attorney in Washington, says Plame most likely was not a covert agent when Rove referred to her in a 2003 interview with Time magazine's Matt Coooper. The federal code says the agent must have operated outside the United States within the previous five years. But Plame gave up her role as a covert agent nine years before the Rove interview. According to New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof. Kristof said the CIA bought Plame back to Washington in 1994 because the agency suspected her undercover security had been compromised by turncoat spy Aldrich Ames. Rove, according to Cooper's notes, apparently was trying to warn the reporter not to give credence. to Wilson's investigation because he had no expertise in nuclear weapons and was sent to Africa on the recommendation of his wife. Wilson has claimed he was sent by Vice-President Cheney. Toensing says that on the contrary, the CIA gave Plame a desk job in which she publicly went to and from work, allowed her spouse to do a mission in Africa without signing a confidentiality agreement and didn't object to his writing an op-ed piece in the New York Times
about his trip.

Democrats only pretending to froth over Libby verdict really wanted Cheney

Finally the verdict is in and Scooter Libby was found guilty on four counts of obstruction of justice(perjury) (lied to the jury) gee kind of like an impeached sex-crazed ex-president who claimed that "he did not have sexual relation with that woman Ms. Lewinsky!" As if we didn't know that perjury would be the only thing they could hang on the ex-lawyer of Marc Rich and now ex- former aide of Vice-President Cheney who according to the story below was the one who brokered the deal with Bill Clinton to pardon his client Marc Rich who was being charged with racketeering. The story I'm providing comes from Washington Post that no doubt is liberal but, this time I felt they were fair in this article this particular one anyway. Washington Post story:Cheney Aide Had Worked On Marc Rich's Behalf THE WASHINGTON POST
The person largely responsible for key legal arguments cited in Marc Rich's successful pardon application isn't Jack Quinn, President Clinton's former White House Counsel. It's I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, a longtime Rich lawyer who is Chief of Staff for Vice President Dick Cheney.Since 1985, when he left the State Department and was recruited by former Nixon White House counsel Leonard Garment, Libby spent countless hours reviewing legal documents and interviewing witnesses in a search for cracks in the government’s tax evasion indictment of Rich, according to sources. “He spent the next two years traveling around the world,” said a person familiar with his work.
“He’s the best lawyer of all the many lawyers who have worked with me or for me,” Garment said. “On this case, he didn’t give in to anything. He was constantly skeptical and helped me reach the conclusion that we had a meritorious case” to present to New York prosecutors in attempts to negotiate a settlement.
Libby was convinced that Rich was a victim of an overzealous prosecution
that inappropriately used federal Racketeering statutes, known as RICO, to squeeze him and his companies, sources said.Between 1989 and 1993, Libby served in the Pentagon when Cheney was secretary of defense. As soon as he went back into private practice, he resumed his role as the specialist in the Rich case.

After I learned some time ago that Scooter Libby was Marc Rich's lawyer after that I lost my respect for the man however, Democrats now dancing with glee(pretending) that this man was charged and convicted didn't mind then that he was Mr. Rich's attorney and that it was he who is responsible for getting Mr. Rich who should've recieved a hefty jail sentence a get out of jail free for lifetime card.Yep the hypocrites are at it once again but rest assure even though they are stark raving happy outside deep down they're steaming hot because the main one they really wanted was Vice-President Cheney Scooter's former boss and it didn't happen because even after he testified there was nothing the prosecutors could charge him with. Fact is Mr. Libby wasn't even charged with exposing Ms. Plame because she wasn't covert at the time never was. And it's like Rush Limbaugh said everytime they refer to Valerie Plame the word CIA employee not agent. So there you have it folks Bill and Hillary Clinton's friend Ms. Plame may not have been an agent and knowing the Clinton's I don't trust them and their friends. In the end I hope Scooter Libby is exonerated ,but if the court goes the same way it did yesterday then he will be going to prison for awhile.

Coulter doesn't owe Breckgirl Edwards an apology

You have to hand it to Ann Coulter who tells it like it is even though many conservatives have condemned her while most liberals are still busy crucifying her why? All because she said the word "faggot" when talking about presidential Democratic candidate Breckgirl Edwards who didn't seem to think anything of it when at the third presidential debate his former running mate Hanoi John Kerry said the word "lesbian "to Vice President Cheney when discussing his daughter Mary who continues to come under attack by the party that tolerates people like Bobby(kkk sheets) Byrd(droppings) who said "niggers"twice post 9-11 Hillary that used the word "plantation" on the senate floor. Here is the Youtube link to the video of Senator Byrd's famous interview with then Fox News's Tony Snow our currant White House Press Secretary http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7FcrUu-_Vg the next post will be of the same Youtube video for those of you who are unfamiliar with Youtube and how to play their videos you just go their website and click on the video of your choice viola! After that come and view this rare gem that you'll never see nor hear about from the liberal media.

Iraq,Anna Nicole,Walter Reed, tornados: Further proof the myopic liberal media has an obsession with lies ,hating Bush, death and destruction

Before I get started on what's going on in Washington and around the globe let me first start off by saying RIP Anna Nicole Smith who was finally laid to rest today. Originally I wasn't going to discuss Anna's death which turned into a huge circus thanks to the media who should have had a gag and ban order put on them by the judges or at the very least high officials associated with the case. Now that she is laid to rest and the constant bickering over where her body should be buried is over for now at least don't count on the liberal media letting it go until developments surface. And speaking of dead bodies notice that the Bush-hating media has done very little reporting on the deaths concerning the recent tornadoes? Of course this isn't shocking to hear constant reports about U.S. soldiers or Iraqis getting killed in Iraq while keeping the tornado death report toll to a bare minimum or better yet don't report it at all.Now with the latest reports on Walter Reed Hospital the if it bleeds it leads ,hate Bush /America/U.S military /Saddam loyalist media and their ilk have something else to brainwash the American people with and oh how they are spinning it!. Recently Bill(Moron) Maher said that he was "Sorry that the assassination attempt on Dick Cheney failed" NewsBusters link with video included to the story http://newsbusters.org/node/11169 and this mental case continues to ask why his show was yanked from regular TV and shoved on HBO a once respected cable channel. After the tornado hit the school in Enterprise,Alabama one reporter asked the reporter on the scene this typical anal question: "Were there any bodies pulled out?"Then as I predicted the usual half-baked question "How do you feel?" was asked to either an eye witness or victim of the tornado. Nothing surprises me with the media anymore nowadays, unless there is blood-shed,death and destruction it isn't worth mentioning in their view. Even with their viewership and subscribers fleeing from them faster than David Geffen backing Obama instead of Hillary that has scads of hard liberal supporters especially Hollywood running far from her due to the fact that she is trying to pony up support from both the anti-war crowd and pro-war crowd but guess what nobody is buying into it and duh as if we couldn't have guessed it. I can prove endless cases that the main stream media isn't on America's side and wants total failure in Iraq and the war on terror mostly, but the majority of this country is well-aware of it. The fact that they continue to turn to alternative news sources from outlets that give both sides of the story and not just one to talk radio and blogs etc... backs up what most of us media hawks have been saying for years that news stations, papers and magazines we trusted to bring us the truth was corrupt all along with liars and turncoats who deceive us everyday at any given minute.Because they chose this path to go down Americans now have other places they can go to get the facts and until they clean up their act(yeah right) we the truth seeking bloggers will be right here to report on it because unlike the fossilized media we care about each and every American citizen.

Democrat's bill to silence Conservative talk radio will meet President Bush's veto pen

They're calling it the "New Fairness" bill in the real world it's known as "muzzling Conservatives" yes that's right America Democrats just proved to us even more they loathe the right and anyone who opposes them by this very unconstitutional bill they just created. For years the left have been trying their hardest to get radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh taken off the air and failed. And whenever they're on talk shows reguardless of whether it's The O'Reilly Factor,Hannity and Colmes,Hardball,The Situation Room w/Wolf Blitzer or The View they try their best to not let America hear the Republican's view by overtalking them(filibustering) because Heaven forbid that more truth keeps coming out about their party's skull duggaries and shananigans that the Bush-hating media refuse to report. Because Conservative talk radio has had a gigantic impact and whatever very few liberal talk shows have failed is also another huge reason why Kucinich and Company want to gag conservatives and anyone who disagrees with them. This unconstitutional bill will be vetoed by President Bush bet the farm on it.

Democrats and their media silent on Ahmadinejad's plummeting approval ratings and economy

Despite the constant lies coming from Democrats and their media President Bush's approval ratings and US economy are up. Meanwhile in Iran things aren't looking very good as a matter of fact some of the very people who helped get Ahmadinejad elected president are the same ones who are now railing against him because he hasn't kept his promises(no big surprise) with continuing tumbling approval ratings and economy one would think at least one liberal news network or reporter would report this story. But because the left and their media despise President Bush and America so much and are sympothetic to terrorists they choose to keep these stories under wraps and continue to trash their president, and country. Here's a link to the story: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070117/ap_on_re_mi_ea/iran_ahmadinejad_s_woes it's no wonder more and more Americans have turned to the internet and blogsphere to get their news because they simple can't and will never trust the mainstream media and I don't blame them one bit.

Message to Slap Happy Cynthia McKinney: Your arrogence, stupidity and lack of leadership again caused you to lose re- election

Let's see now the last time Cynthia McKinney lost her last election her father Billy blamed it on the 'J e w s." Now John Evans former campaign manager of the now ex - bitter babbling "Bush caused 9-11" conspiracist representative kook is blaming it on the Georian voters(folks) who are "white and "uppity black " Read about this story at: http://news.yahoo.com/s/realclearpolitics/20061219/cm_rcp/the_uppity_slur?45 This is just another plu perfect example that Democrats and are racists that can't stand defeat and don't mind when their party plays the race card but when a Republican does it then it's wrong. I just wonder how the congresswoman and her ex campaign manager felt if congressman J.D. Hayworth who lost his election had uttered that racial phrase using the words blacks and hispanics Oh My God! But thank Heaven it's over and the reject is out of office and how very sad that it was her arrogence, stupidity and lack of leadership and not the good people of her district that caused her to lose re-election.
